Takvip's Terms & Conditions

By using the Takvip (takvip.bet) platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Takvip.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Takvip is a legitimate, licensed online betting platform operating under an international gaming regulatory authority.

Takvip's terms and conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Takvip:

• Each person may create only one account.

• A valid email address and mobile number are required.
• Registrations from countries where online betting is prohibited by law will not be accepted.

Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with anyone. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out feature applies.
• Odds Changes: During live betting, odds may change while a bet is being processed. Takvip reserves the right to accept or reject bets at the updated odds.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum Win Limit: Maximum win limits apply to each market and event. Details can be found in the specific market information.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Takvip reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Takvip offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and more than 50 other sports. Detailed rules for each sport are available on the platform.

Takvip supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Key payment rules are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000. KYC verification is required for withdrawals.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Third Parties Prohibited: Deposits and withdrawals through another person's account are not permitted.

Takvip reserves the right to hold payments for additional verification if a suspicious transaction is detected. International AML policies are strictly followed to prevent money laundering.

Takvip offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the offer page. General bonus policies are outlined below:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x the deposit + bonus amount) that must be met before withdrawal.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date — any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using bonus funds to bet on games or markets outside the eligible ones may be restricted.
• Takvip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

If Bonus Abuse is suspected, Takvip reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account in question. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, VPN usage, or coordinated betting will be treated as bonus abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Takvip platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Using multiple identities to abuse the bonus system.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Defrauding or attempting to harm other members.

Takvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support@takvip.bet. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Takvip is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Delays caused by third-party service failures (payment gateways).
• Account loss resulting from a member's own negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyber attacks).
